About
SimVerk is a software and services company focused on simulation modelling for production and logistics, combining research-led tool development with hands-on consulting.
It's an independent expert practice. You work directly with the person doing the modelling and building the software: deep technical focus on your problem, with no layers in between. Simulation creates clarity, AI accelerates discovery, and together they unlock better systems.
Paradigm-Free Modelling
SimVerk combines discrete-event, continuous, agent-based, hybrid, stochastic, and AI-enhanced approaches, choosing what accurately represents real operational complexity, never a fixed methodology.
AI-Native Workflows
SimVerk embeds AI across the entire modelling lifecycle, accelerating development, generating scenarios, and driving autonomous experimentation and adaptive decision-making.
Scientifically Rigorous Methods
Vendor-independent and grounded in evidence, every model is built to deliver measurable, actionable insight, with custom software where the right tool does not yet exist.

The Person Behind SimVerk
Sean Reed
Founder ยท Simulation & Software
SimVerk is founded and run by Sean Reed, who handles every engagement personally: the modelling, the analysis, and the software development. When you work with SimVerk you work directly with the expert building your simulation, not a rotating project team.
He brings around two decades of experience in simulation engineering across both industry and academia, spanning discrete-event simulation, predictive digital twins, and reliability, availability and maintenance (RAMS) engineering for complex production and manufacturing systems. Having worked as both an industrial simulation engineer and a university researcher and lecturer, he pairs hands-on modelling and software development with a foundation in scientific research. This blend underpins SimVerk's research-led, paradigm-free approach.
